Quick Update / Kindle Promo!
Life has been sooooo busy! Writing long articles is definitely not in the works until Book Two (Separate Worlds) is done, but I’ve got a few updates.
Update on THE END OF THE WORLD’s Release
After my February 5th release, things have gone exactly as I expected. I am not currently promoting my book or paying for ads, so I have sold a whopping 6 books since my last update. I had expected to sell about 1-2 books a month. Again, wishing I was that rare unicorn, but that’s the price you pay for writing what you want and not ‘to market’.
That said… I just started my first Kindle Countdown Promotion.
Kindle Countdown Promo (April 12-15)
I am running a Kindle Countdown Promo for THE END OF THE WORLD (April 13-15 for US, April 12-14 for UK). This costs me nothing because my book is enrolled in Kindle Unlimited, but there is a limited number of days Amazon gives you for promotions.
Kindle Countdown lets you set the starting price and then the price gradually increases back to the original price over the date range you select.
I’ll let you know if it’s worthwhile. I haven’t had any sales from it yet, but I only advertised it on my social media this morning, so time will tell...
